Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new
corporate clients
, including insurance companies, TPAs, wellness partners, and large organizations
Manage end-to-end
B2B sales cycles
- from lead generation and client pitching to negotiations and closures
Develop tailored healthcare solutions (corporate wellness programs, annual health check-up packages, hospitalization packages, etc.) for organizations
Build strong relationships with HR heads, procurement managers, and CXOs
Collaborate with marketing and service delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and engagement
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to management
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes impacting healthcare sales
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or Healthcare (MBA preferred)
5 to 6 years of experience in
corporate or institutional sales
in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitals, or healthtech
Strong understanding of healthcare B2B sales dynamics in the Bangalore region
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and team player
Preferred Background:
Experience with hospitals, diagnostics chains, medical in companies, or digital health startups
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
Network with corporate HRs, wellness heads, and benefits managers is a plus
