/Responsibilities:
The position is responsible for direct selling from corporate and bulk orders.
Direct Selling
Generating and converting leads in corporate sector for bulk sales.
Meeting with corporate to obtain regular orders for daily in-house consumption.
Obtaining bulk orders during festivals and special occasions.
Meeting hotel chefs & F&B Managers for their rooms and banquets/restaurant requirements
Exploring other sale opportunities during events such as concerts, shows, etc.
Responsible for collections of timely payments.
Coordination with head office
Coordinate with head office for sales related matters.
Provide customer feedback.
Coordinate with Manager - MMP for designing/fulfilling special requirements for corporate for bulk orders.
Source sponsors for in house and co-branded events
Desired Profile of the Candidate:
Should possess excellent communication, presentation and negotiating skills.
Should be a self starter with high motivation level.
Should be result oriented and proactive.
Should be a team player since the position requires to co-ordinate with all departments within the company.
Should be a hands on person.
As part of training, is expected to learn baking and all aspects of Operations.
Should take pride in wearing company branded uniform.
This is a hard-core salesman job and will require him to be in the field at all times.
