We are looking for Sales Engineer to drive our business with good Communication skill & Interpersonal Skill .

Designation - Sales Engineer . Graduate / Diploma in Engineering would be preferred in Computer Science or Electronics Branch . Experience: 6 Month -2 years of Experience in Computer Hardware & Networking. Will be working in the field of Technical sales in CCTV / ELV / System Integration industry. Sales of ELV products like (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Public Address System) Knowledge of Networking & Server . Sound knowledge of Server Installation and Configuration, VMS, LAN Network etc. would be preferred Need to travel as per the project requirement Client handling & documentation. Should have Good Communication in English/ Hindi /Odia . Preferred to have B.tech ( In Computer science / Electronics/ Instrumentation Branch) ,MCA, BCA. Minimum Graduation Required with 50% or above through-out Career. Should be comfortable in travelling from one place to another. Should be Presentable. Should have good convincing skills. Memorizing technical product specifications and keeping up-to-date with new company products as well as industry trends. Simplifying technical terms during product demonstrations and pre-sales customer support. Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting with new clients to expand sales territories. Updating orders and sales and negotiating the best contract terms. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

Graduate in any stream (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).

Experience:

1-3 years in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in security systems, electronics, or automation.

Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Understanding of technical products like CCTV, biometric systems, etc., is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and Google Workspace.

Additional Requirements:



Must be open to fieldwork across Delhi NCR. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
