Key Responsibilities
Generate new corporate leads for Group Health Insurance (GMC)
Build relationships with HR Heads, Admin Heads & CXOs
Conduct sales meetings, presentations & negotiations
Close deals and achieve monthly premium targets
Coordinate with insurers for policy issuance & onboarding
Manage renewals, upselling & cross-selling opportunities
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings
Must-Have Skills
2-6 years of B2B sales experience (Insurance preferred)
Experience in selling GMC / Corporate Insurance
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Target-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple corporate accounts
Preferred Skills
Existing network with corporate HR teams
Knowledge of IRDAI regulations
Experience handling renewals & large accounts
Good understanding of Bangalore corporate market
