We are a 12 years young experiential marketing agency looking for a
Corporate Sales Manager - Events.
The role will require a blend of sales expertise and creative thinking. This person will be responsible for bringing in new corporate clients, pitching and driving sales, while also utilizing creative skills for presentations and proposals. Below is a tailored job profile for this specific role:.
Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the corporate sales, develop creative event presentations, and cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring successful event planning, execution, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development
:
Create and implement sales strategies to target corporate clients (businesses, large organizations, etc.) for event services, including corporate events, conferences, product launches, and team-building activities.
Develop and pitch creative services and solutions tailored to the client's business needs and objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to establish sales targets and revenue goals specific to corporate clients.
Client Relationship Management
:
Identify and build relationships with key corporate decision-makers and marketing managers.
Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients, understanding their event needs and offering personalized solutions.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction before, during, and after events.
Creative Event Proposals and Presentations
:
Develop customized event presentations that showcase innovative, creative event concepts and solutions tailored to the client's requirements
Craft detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and key deliverables, while maintaining a focus on creativity and client objectives.
New Business Development
:
Identify potential corporate clients through research, networking, and referrals.
Prospect for new leads through cold calling, attending industry events, and partnerships with businesses that may require event management services.
Build and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities and convert them into long-term clients.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting
:
Regularly track and report on sales performance and metrics, including lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
Analyze market trends and client feedback to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities in the event industry.
Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on sales meetings and negotiations.
Creative Collaboration
:
Work closely with the event design and production teams to ensure event concepts align with client expectations and brand identity.
Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that reflect the creative concepts and vision for upcoming events.
Collaborate with the event team to ensure a seamless experience for clients, from initial inquiry to event execution.
Any graduate with 4-5 years of Corporate Sales experience can apply.
