The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling
exhibition space, sponsorship packages, branding opportunities, and strategic partnership programs
for AICRA's national and international events. The role demands a high-performing sales professional who can build strong industry relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored offerings aligned with AICRA's event objectives.
Key Responsibilities1. Exhibition Sales
Identify, target, and acquire exhibitors across relevant industry sectors (Robotics, Automation, AI, EdTech, Manufacturing, Startups, etc.).
Manage the entire exhibition sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Prepare customized booth proposals based on client needs and event layouts.
Maintain and update exhibition floor plans, ensuring efficient space allocation and maximum occupancy.
2. Sponsorship Sales
Develop and sell event sponsorship packages, including title sponsorships, conference tracks, award categories, tech zones, and branding assets.
Conduct sales pitches and presentations to senior decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Marketing Heads).
Create custom sponsorship solutions based on business objectives, brand visibility needs, and budget.
3. Business Development & Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term business relationships with corporates, industry associations, government bodies, and institutions.
Attend industry events, networking forums, and meetings to identify partnership opportunities.
Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure high exhibitor and sponsor retention for recurring events.
4. Revenue Planning & Reporting
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and weekly activity reports.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to refine sales strategies.
5. Event Coordination & Execution Support
Work closely with event operations, marketing, and production teams to ensure successful sponsor deliverables.
Assist exhibitors and sponsors with pre-event documentation, booth requirements, and on-ground support.
Ensure adherence to event timelines, branding guidelines, and contractual commitments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
4-8 years of experience in
exhibition sales, B2B corporate sales, sponsorship sales, or event management
.
Strong network across technology, automation, manufacturing, MSMEs, or enterprise segments is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to create compelling sales proposals and pitch decks.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to handle high-value corporate discussions
