Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute B2B sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Identify and Generate new business leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Manage end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
