We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive/Manager to join our team. This role involves identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and cater to corporate clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential corporate clients through market research and networking.
Develop and execute strategies to approach and convert leads into long-term clients.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to refine sales strategies.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
Participate in corporate events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company's offerings.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
?2-5 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or account management.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
