About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make reservations for planned travel, including hotels and airlines
2. Follow up with clients about travel plans and make adjustments as needed
3. Coordinate the use of bonus miles and other rewards that clients want to use
4. Organize large-scale events, including conferences and retreats, with up to 200 attendees
5. Resolve scheduling conflicts and other issues as they come up
6. Advise current and prospective clients about destination options, including the pros and cons of each
7. Go to offices and other areas as advised by the manager and pitch sales
8. Coordinate with the client\'s point-of-contact in the days leading up to the event or arrangement
