Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new corporate clients for insurance solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Build strong business relationships with decision-makers in corporates.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and service delivery.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in
corporate sales
in the insurance industry.
Proven track record in
new business acquisition
.
Strong network of corporate clients is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Qualifications:
Graduate in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
