Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Sales / Business Development Executive
to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the hotel through proactive sales efforts and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
in target markets such as corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, event planners, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments.
Conduct client visits, sales calls, presentations
, and hotel site inspections to promote the property and its services.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry expos to enhance the hotel's visibility and build new contacts.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and action plans
on a weekly/monthly basis.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
