Salary Package: 3 \xe2\x80\x93 4.5 Lacs/ annum + Incentives Duties and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Identifying New Sales Lead, Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc. \xc2\xb7 Business generation from HVAC consultant and architect for new business development. \xc2\xb7 Follow up Quotation/Offers/Payments from existing and new customer. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients. \xc2\xb7 Site Visits. \xc2\xb7 Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets. \xc2\xb7 Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their mangers. \xc2\xb7 Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions. \xc2\xb7 Submission of BOQ along with Drawings to the clients. \xc2\xb7 Manage records and follow up purchase order, Performa invoice for clients and venders. \xc2\xb7 Submission of MIS reports.
