About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves driving business growth by identifying new corporate clients, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic outreach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with corporate clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consultative selling.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
Represent the company at industry events, networking meets, and corporate gatherings.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
2-5 years of proven experience in B2B / corporate sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
