Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Analyse market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for expansion.
Utilise Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and generate reports.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that align with sales goals.
Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company and build connections.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Skills
Bachelor's Degree in any -MBA/BBA preferred
skilled to generating leads
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in Hindi and English
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
