Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume
outbound cold calls
to prospective candidates and corporate leads
Handle inbound and outbound leads related to online UG and PG programs
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable online courses
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and enrollment process
Achieve assigned sales targets in a
target-driven environment
Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth enrollments
Handle objections and close sales effectively
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduation mandatory
(any discipline)
Minimum
6 months of experience in inside sales / corporate sales / telesales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong convincing ability and customer-centric approach
Comfortable with
cold calling and target-based sales
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in
EdTech, education sales, or corporate sales
is an advantage
Self-motivated, energetic, and performance-focused
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
