We are looking for an experienced

Corporate

Sales

Executive

to drive business growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of corporate travel management. This role requires an individual who can build and maintain client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Business Development & Client Acquisition:



Identify and target potential corporate clients for travel management services. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives. Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase company services and solutions. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations.

Client Relationship Management:



Manage existing corporate accounts and ensure retention through exceptional service. Regularly engage with clients to understand their travel needs and provide customized solutions. Address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently.

Sales & Revenue Generation:



Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Travel Solutions & Advisory:



Provide expert consultation on travel policies, cost-saving measures, and compliance. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth travel arrangements. Offer insights into travel trends and industry best practices.

Reporting & Documentation:



Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Candidate Requirements:



3-5+ years

of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the travel industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills in

English, Telugu, and Hindi

. Proven track record in business development and client acquisition. Knowledge of corporate travel management and industry trends. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. Willingness to travel to other cities for client meetings.
