Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition

Identify and target potential corporate clients through research, networking, and referrals. Develop and execute strategies to onboard new clients Generate a healthy pipeline of prospects for sustained business growth.

Corporate Account Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with travel coordinators, procurement managers, and decision-makers. Understand client travel requirements and propose customized travel solutions. Ensure adherence to clients' travel policies and budgets.

Sales & Revenue Growth

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets for corporate travel services. Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and service agreements with clients.

Operational Coordination

Work closely with operations to ensure seamless travel bookings and issue resolution. Ensure timely invoicing and assist in credit control for assigned accounts.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

Stay updated on airline fares, hotel rates, corporate deals, and travel trends. Maintain accurate client data and sales activities in CRM. Provide weekly/monthly reports on business development and revenue.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Sales Expertise:

Proven track record in corporate travel or B2B sales.

Negotiation Skills:

Strong ability to close deals and manage contracts.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Networking:

Ability to build lasting relationships with corporates and travel managers.
Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Graduate (preferably in Travel/Tourism or Business). MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.

Experience:

3-8 years in corporate travel sales or B2B travel business. Strong network of corporate contacts
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
