Chai Waale is looking for an energetic and result-oriented
Corporate Sales Executive
to drive B2B partnerships, bulk orders, and institutional tie-ups across Chennai. The role involves developing relationships with corporate clients, HR/Admin teams, and event managers to promote Chai Waale's catering, gifting, and pantry solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, connect, and onboard new corporate clients for pantry supply, employee engagement events, and gifting solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in HR, Admin, and Purchase departments.
Develop and implement strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal operations and kitchen teams for smooth execution of bulk and recurring corporate orders.
Participate in corporate expos, networking events, and promotional campaigns to represent Chai Waale.
Maintain CRM records for leads, contacts, and client interactions.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Key Requirements
1-3 years of experience in
Corporate / Institutional / B2B Sales
(F&B, catering, hospitality, or gifting sectors preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and target-focused approach.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple client requirements simultaneously.
Basic proficiency in
MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in
Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Fluency in
English and Tamil.
