Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential corporate clients to promote insurance and financial products
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with HRs, Admin Heads, and key decision-makers
Present company products and solutions effectively to meet client needs
Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up for closures
Maintain regular reports of sales performance and pipeline
Requirements:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
6 months-5 years of experience in corporate sales / B2B sales (insurance/financial services preferred)
Experience in Insurance Domain are also preferable
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good negotiation and client-handling skills
Fluency in English and Tamil is preferred
