Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify new opportunities inside corporate offices, tech parks, institutions, and food courts for Cafes, Pantries, and Kiosks.



Approach and build strong relations with Facility Management, Admin, HR, and Leasing Teams.

Present and pitch brand concept, product offering, and value proposition.

Conduct site visits, coordinate commercial terms, and manage negotiations.

Maintain BD pipelines: leads, follow-ups, and closure reports.

Liaise with Projects, Operations, and Fit-Out Teams to ensure smooth execution post-approval.

Represent the brand professionally at corporate meetings, events, and networking platforms.



Requirements

Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Leasing, Institutional Sales, or Hospitality.



Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of managing end-to-end business conversations.

Fluent in English, Tamil is strongly preferred, Hindi is a brownie point.

Energetic, well-presented, reliable, and goal-oriented.

Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term corporate relationships



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
