We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our
MICE
(Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) and Corporate Travel sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic partnerships within the travel and events sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Acquisition
Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients for travel and MICE services.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive offerings.
Client Relationship Management
Manage and grow existing corporate accounts by offering customized travel and MICE solutions.
Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams.
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
MICE Planning & Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams to develop proposals, itineraries, and event solutions tailored to corporate client needs.
Work on end-to-end planning for conferences, incentives, group travel, offsites, exhibitions, and business events.
Ensure seamless execution of MICE projects in collaboration with operations and event teams.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Prepare commercial proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Vendor & Partner Management
Collaborate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and event partners to negotiate competitive pricing.
Stay updated on industry offerings, packages, and partnership opportunities.
Skills & QualificationsRequired
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in corporate sales within the MICE or travel industry.
Strong understanding of corporate travel operations, MICE requirements, and industry dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
Ability to develop customized solutions based on client needs.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred
Existing network of corporate clients and industry partners.
Experience in planning and executing large-scale corporate events or group travel.
Knowledge of global travel trends, airline contracts, and hotel partnerships.
