Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new corporate clients for regular meal orders, events, and wellness programs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR, admin, and procurement teams of corporate clients.
Manage end-to-end order processes -- from enquiry, proposal, and pricing to delivery coordination and feedback.
Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Prepare customized meal plans or corporate catering proposals aligned with client requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and clients using CRM tools.
Gather and analyze client feedback to improve offerings and service quality.
Represent Flax at corporate events, wellness fairs, and food tasting sessions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or catering industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent client relationship management.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
