Position Overview
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive (BDE)
with at least
1 year of B2B or corporate sales experience
. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new B2B and corporate clients across multiple industries.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Pitch and present customized gifting solutions to decision-makers.
Leverage existing networks to generate new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal design and operations teams for seamless execution.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of B2B / corporate sales experience
(preferably in gifting, lifestyle, or premium products).
Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong network in industries like hospitality, BFSI, aviation, media, education, or corporates.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
