We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected

Corporate Sales Executive

to join our Marketing Team in the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in

corporate sales

, with strong networking skills and the ability to tap into relevant corporate client bases for property sales and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential corporate clients for bulk bookings, leasing, and investment opportunities.

Build and nurture strong relationships with HR/Admin/Procurement departments of companies for tie-ups.

Actively drive property pitches, client presentations, and on-ground site visits.

Develop corporate outreach strategies and partnership models.

Collaborate with the internal marketing and CRM teams to ensure lead conversion and client servicing.

Represent the brand at corporate events, expos, and client meetings.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

corporate sales

, preferably in Real Estate, Hospitality, Insurance, or similar industries.

Strong corporate network in Mumbai, especially Western suburbs.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Confident, presentable, and target-driven professional.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
