to promote and sell group bookings, events, and corporate packages at Black Bunny. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying corporate clients, building partnerships, and closing deals for team outings, employee engagement activities, and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential corporate clients, schools, and institutions for tie-ups and group bookings.
Pitch customized entertainment and event packages suitable for corporate outings, team-building events, and school picnics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs, Admins, and decision-makers of companies and institutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase Black Bunny's offerings.
Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and offers for the corporate segment.
Coordinate with operations and event teams for smooth execution of corporate bookings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular reports to management.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to generate leads.
Requirements:
Proven track record in B2B/corporate sales, preferably in hospitality, event management, or entertainment sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong local market knowledge and existing corporate network is a plus.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
