We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing digital marketing agency. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales process by managing and nurturing leads, scheduling meetings, and providing administrative support to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
Efficiently manage and prioritize incoming leads.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Accurately update and maintain the CRM system with lead information.
Sales Support:
Schedule and coordinate meetings between sales representatives and potential clients.
Prepare sales materials and presentations as needed.
Assist in the creation of sales proposals and contracts.
Follow up with potential clients to ensure timely responses and decision-making.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to address client inquiries and schedule appointments.
Manage sales-related correspondence, including emails and letters.
Assist with marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software.
