Sales Executive - B2B & B2G
Pay Package: as per industry norms for the years of experience + Performance linked incentives
Key Responsibilities:
1.Business Development:
Identify and generate leads in the B2B and B2G segments through market research, networking, and client outreach.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, wholesalers, retailers, and government entities.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and bids to meet specific client needs.
2.Sales Strategy & Execution:
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism and efficiency, Execute contacts and get the customer payments in time.
3.Tendering & Proposal Management:
Identify relevant government tenders and participate in the bidding process.
Prepare and submit accurate and competitive proposals, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
4.Market Intelligence:
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and government procurement policies.
Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, market trends, and product development opportunities.
5.Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
?Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
?Experience: 2-5 years of proven sales experience in B2B/B2G sectors (furniture or related industry experience is a plus).
?Skills:
Negotiation and presentation skills.
Communication and interpersonal abilities. (it does not mean English proficiency but Hindi and local language with moderate English)
Familiarity with government tendering processes and B2B sales cycles.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
