Role Overview
The Corporate Sales Coordinator supports the corporate sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing client communication, ensuring smooth order processing, and assisting in achieving sales targets. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination & Support
Support the corporate sales team in day-to-day sales operations
Coordinate with sales executives for leads, proposals, and follow-ups
Track sales inquiries, quotations, and order status
Client Communication
Act as a point of contact for corporate clients for order-related communication
Share product details, catalogues, pricing, and samples with clients
Ensure timely responses to client queries and follow-ups
Order Processing & Documentation
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders
Coordinate with operations, production, and dispatch teams for timely delivery
Maintain accurate sales records, MIS reports, and client databases
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with finance for billing, payments, and outstanding follow-ups
Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams for dispatch and delivery schedules
Support the team during exhibitions, events, and corporate meetings
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good knowledge of sales processes and documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Client-focused approach with attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
