Key Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify incoming leads from marketing campaigns and inquiries.
Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients via calls and emails.
Sales Support: Provide timely and accurate quotations, product information, and order updates to customers.
Customer Needs Analysis
ERP Handling: Manage sales data, quotations, and order tracking using ERP systems.
Order Coordination: Work closely with production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with clients for feedback, repeat orders, and upselling opportunities.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and transactions.
Internal Liaison: Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and quality teams to address client needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 7+ years' experience in B2B Sales / Inside Sales in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong command over CRM and ERP systems
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
Salary: ₹35,000 - ?40,000 per month
Availability: Immediate Joiner Preferred
