Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis & Sales Planning:
Analyze assigned sales territory and identify new business opportunities.
Monitor and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customers and prospects.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Conduct outreach to corporate clients and targeted customer segments.
Perform field visits, tele-calling, and showroom follow-ups.
Assist with test drive events and promotional campaigns.
Customer Interaction & Consultation:
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
Conduct detailed product presentations and trade-in evaluations.
Test Drive Management:
Organize and conduct effective test drives that highlight vehicle features.
Personalize the test drive experience based on customer expectations.
Engage customers before, during, and after the test drive.
Sales Closure:
Present quotes, negotiate pricing, and handle objections professionally.
Complete documentation for booking, finance, registration, and delivery.
Ensure timely reconditioning and seamless vehicle delivery.
Customer Experience & After-Sales Follow-Up:
Coordinate vehicle handovers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve post-sale queries and complaints efficiently.
Maintain relationships for repeat and referral business.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile retail or corporate sales
Preferred background in premium brands (Jeep, Skoda, VW, Ford, Kia, Nexa)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Presentable and confident with a customer-first attitude
Familiar with CRM tools and MS Office
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred)
Work Schedule:
Day shift
6 days working (1 weekly off)
