We are hiring a Corporate Sales Associate to support B2B client acquisition, lead generation, and corporate relationship building. The role involves connecting with companies, understanding their requirements, presenting our solutions, and helping convert prospects into clients. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to manage conversations with corporate decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential corporate clients through calls, emails, and online channels
Schedule meetings, demos, or presentations with decision-makers
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Maintain and update leads, follow-up details, and interactions in the CRM
Support the team in meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, and onboarding support
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-2 years of experience in sales/business development (freshers welcome)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good command of English and Malayalam
Ability to handle client conversations confidently
Basic understanding of sales funnels and B2B processes is an added advantage
