CTC:- upto 10 lpa (depends on interview)

Location:-Gurugram

Working Days & Time:-6 Days (2 Saturday off)

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Strategy Development

: Collaborate with the sales team to formulate effective sales strategies that meet organizational objectives and align with current market trends.

Market Research and Analysis

: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitor activities in the hospitality sector.

Sales Targets

: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive sales activities and client engagement.

Team Coordination

: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Reporting and Documentation

: Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for management review, providing insights and recommendations for future sales strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience

: A minimum of 4 - 5 years in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Skills

: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

Attributes

: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
