Area Sales Manager to expand our market presence in designated cities. This is a field-intensive role where you'll directly pitch our highly-rated properties to corporate clients and travel desks.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identifying, soliciting, and closing new business opportunities with corporate admins and travel desks.
  • Conducting field visits, cold calls, site inspections, and in-person meetings to present FabHotels' offerings.
  • Engaging with top management and CXOs to drive product deployment and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Developing and managing complex sales strategies, including forecasting potential revenue streams and owning monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
  • Maintaining a healthy pipeline in the CRM and providing regular sales reports.
  • Managing and driving growth and margin targets for your respective geography, with a hunger to build a multi-million dollar portfolio.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record in a hyper-growth environment and the ability to scale from zero to 1 and 1 to 100.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, motivated, persistent, and able to work independently with a target-driven mindset. Willingness to work under pressure and handle rejection.
  • A strong "customer-first" approach.
