We are seeking a motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to drive our B2B sales efforts and manage key corporate accounts. This role will involve overseeing the development and execution of sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building long-term relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the corporate sales landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to consistently exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning
: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target corporate clients, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market expansion.
Team Management
: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of corporate sales representatives. Set clear sales goals and provide ongoing training and support.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
: Identify new business opportunities, acquire corporate clients, and build strong, long-lasting relationships.
Negotiation & Deal Closing
: Lead negotiations with corporate clients and manage complex sales cycles to close deals effectively.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting
: Track sales performance against targets, prepare detailed reports, and forecast sales pipeline and revenue.
Market Research
: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience for corporate clients.
Customer Retention
: Implement strategies to maintain and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
