REQUIREMENT OF Restaurant Trainer/ Corporate Trainer (HONEY & DOUGH) ANR FOOD WORKS LLP runs multiple bakery and confectionery outlets by the name of HONEY AND DOUGH in Delhi/NCR areas. We are looking for Trainer with Hotel Management degree / diploma, having experience on the training 5 to 8 years to train the casual dining/ fine dining restaurant staff. Prime responsibilities are:- - Preparing training module, prepare training program to train the restaurant staff. - Training module on communication skills, behaviour, serving, ordering etc. -Also conduct on job training for new joining employees to become familiar with a restaurant operational procedures, policies and SOPS - Trainer ensures that there is consistency across the brand when it comes to service, policies and procedures - Recheck existing SOPS - After training assessments and evaluate the success of training program. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 945,000.00 - 950,000.00 per month Benefits:
