Job Description


Corporate On boarding

- Meet Corporate clients and close the deal

- Doing Presentation with Senior Management of the Corporates like CHRO, CFO and CEOs

- Manage the entire Corporate empanelment process seamlessly

- Coordinate with legal team for handling queries pertaining to NDA/SLA

- Coordinate with CRA-NSDL for Corporate Registration

- Coordinate with CPC for Corporate Registration

- Executing smooth employee registration process with the Corporates

Trainings - Content & Rollouts

- Managing Product and Process Training jointly with NPS RMs and ensuring proper hand holding

- Responsible to organizing monthly / quarterly training camps / workshop in Corporates

- Build synergy with other stakeholders across business unit for their existing clients and reference for NPS enrollment

- Inter department like Corporate Salary Team via Consultancy firms via Website / open market

Query Handling

- Addressing and ensuring proper communication to Corporate Clients with resolutions.

- Addressing and ensuring proper communication to Corporate subscribers with resolutions.

- Support on Operational / NPS Relationship Manager\'s

- Sharing of data cuts/ specific requirements

- Coordination with various departments for closing any concerns end to end Query resolution

Campaigns and on Campaigns Renewals

- Doing Campaigns and Marketing activities with the Corporates

- Managing all campaigns related activity for Corporates

- Planning of marketing activities with Marketing team i.e. closing on HTMLs and marketing creatives

- Timely sharing of Data / content. mailers with CVM to initiate the campaigns

Reports Handling

- Sharing reports/ data to respective teams i.e. Corporate / NPS RMs

- Responding and follow up on Mails with all concern raised

- Publishing regulatory updation to Corporates i.e. Monthly / Quarterly New Letters

Grievances & Complaints handling

- Handle Day to Day Complaint Revert

- Reporting and Analysis of Complaints

- Contest Management and Fulfillment for NPS RMs and other Business verticals

- Business - Ensuring NPS account budget are meet for Corporate subscription

- By effectively managing the Lead funnel for NPS Corporate Registration

Important & Adhoc Activities

- Finalization of Legal Agreements related to Corporate onboarding >IT/BSG/Process/Compliance/Audit team

- Intra department coordination (coordinate with cross functional departments for receiving leads, coordinate with legal team for handling queries pertaining to NDA/SLA, coordinate with CPC for form processing/PRAN generation/rejection/contribution processing etc.)
