Internal Communication:
o The CRO is responsible for in-house communication, ensuring that messages are clear, timely, and consistent across various channels.
o They draft messages, check birthdays, and create special posters, fostering a positive and informed environment.
 External Communication:
o Managing the main email domain, they handle website enquiries, respond to queries, and provide project details to potential residents or interested parties.
o They liaise with Guest Relations, ensuring smooth interactions and providing necessary details to residents or guests.
o Handling booking confirmations, they send updated plans, payment schedules, and confirmation emails, maintaining transparency and clarity in resident transactions.  
 Doubt Clarification and Follow-ups:
o The CRO addresses doubts raised by residents or enquirers, ensuring that information is understood and issues are resolved promptly.
o They manage follow-ups on various matters, ensuring that resident needs are met and inquiries are handled efficiently.
 Website and Digital Presence:
o They oversee the completion and updates of the company website, ensuring that it reflects accurate and up-to-date information.
o Acting as the Social Media Handler, they maintain the Bless's online presence, posting regular content and engaging with the audience.
 External Relations and Coordination:
o Serving as the Contact Person for outside sources, the CRO coordinates with specific individuals, organizations, and partners.
o They ensure smooth communication with external entities, fostering positive relationships and handling requests or inquiries effectively.
