Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and connect with potential clients across industries.
Conduct
daily follow-ups
with active and warm leads to keep engagement high.
Drive conversations through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team.
Maintain a clean, updated CRM with detailed follow-up notes.
Collaborate with marketing on lead-generation campaigns.
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly pipeline goals.
Requirements:
1-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS or inside sales.
Excellent communication and persistence -- you follow up until you get an answer!
Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
Self-starter with a growth mindset.
Prior experience in outbound prospecting is a plus.
