The primary purpose of the the Corporate Relations Executive , is in supporting students or job seekers in securing employment by organizing recruitment drives, liaising with employers, and providing career advice and guidance. The individual will assist in planning and executing placement programs, and will also help in building strong relationships with industry professionals and organizations to ensure placement success.
Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for the complete placement cycle.
Coordinate with team members & achieve target accordingly.
Assist students in all aspects of the job search including resume writing, interviewing techniques and job openings.
Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers.
Candidates should be smart, energetic and dedicated.
Requirements And Salary Details
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related discipline.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, employers, faculty, and external organizations.
Excellent relationship-building skills to foster strong ties with employers and industry professionals.
Ability to manage multiple placement activities simultaneously, including recruitment drives, workshops, and campus events.
In-depth understanding of the job market and hiring trends.
Knowledge of different industries and the specific qualifications and skills they demand.
Awareness of employer expectations in terms of candidate skills, education, and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for preparing reports, presentations, and managing databases.
