We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized Corporate Relations Executive to serve as a key link between the management and internal/external stakeholders. This role combines corporate communications, stakeholder management, strategic coordination, and high-level administrative responsibilities to support the organization's business objectives and leadership initiatives.
The ideal candidate is articulate, proactive, and capable of managing diverse tasks with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate & External Relations
Serve as a liaison between the management office and external stakeholders including clients, partners, and industry bodies.
Build and maintain professional relationships to enhance the organization's corporate presence.
Draft and manage correspondence, proposals, and presentations for key business interactions.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events representing the management office.
Support in the execution of CSR initiatives, brand collaborations, and corporate communication campaigns.
Leadership Support & Coordination
Manage and coordinate leadership calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics efficiently.
Prepare business reports, presentations, and briefing materials for strategic discussions and client interactions.
Track action items, priorities, and follow-ups from leadership meetings to ensure timely execution.
Handle confidential communications and sensitive information with discretion.
Serve as a single point of coordination for cross-departmental communication and follow-through on management directives.
Strategic & Operational Assistance
Conduct background research and provide insights for business planning and decision-making.
Draft and review documents, proposals, and communication materials for accuracy and tone.
Support leadership in maintaining strong client and partner relationships through regular communication.
Ensure documentation, filing, and data management systems are accurate and up to date.
Contribute to special projects, presentations, and organizational initiatives as directed by leadership.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
