1. Build and nurture strong relationships with HR professionals, recruiters, and decision-makers in partner organizations.
2. Act as the primary liaison between the institution and corporate partners to understand hiring needs and requirements for potential job openings.
3. Manage the end-to-end placement process, from identifying placement opportunities to preparing students for interviews and follow-ups with employers
4. Provide students with the necessary guidance and support for resume building, interview preparation, and career counselling.
5. Conduct visits to client companies or attend meetings to gather detailed information on job vacancies and specific skill requirements.
6. Assess hiring needs during visits and suggest relevant training programs to bridge skill gaps.
7. Track student progress and maintain placement records to report on placement statistics and trends.
8. Provide post-training analysis and follow-up reports to clients, showcasing program impact and ROI.
9. Conduct research to identify market trends, client needs, and competitor offerings.
10. The role typically requires office-based work with occasional visits to corporate partners or client organizations.
