As a Regional Head, we look for people with proven Experience in General Insurance of at least above 7 years in Corporate Business Development Direct side. Experience of working with knowledge of insurance and regional market are the requirements of the position. Experience of leading successful sales teams is required.
Key Responsibility Areas
Market Mapping through the sales team.
Should have product knowledge of all LOB’s.
Responsible to handle at least 2/3 States along with the Team.
Responsible for P&L of the respective region.
To develop new business by tapping new accounts focusing on capturing revenue opportunities from the potential
Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their
Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target
Identifying the risk portfolio of potential corporates in the
To build and maintain professional relationship with potential and existing
Reaching out to new customers at the right level and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product
Creating database of potential corporate
Creating revenue pipeline.
Timely reporting to the Business Head.
To co-ordinate with the Business Head and leverage upon the support teams in Mialtus Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd such as underwriting, Servicing, claims
Desired Candidature:
Minimum 7 Years & Above of Sales Experience in General Insurance Company or General Insurance Broking (Direct Corporate Sales experience is a must).
Proven team handling experience.
Fair knowledge of all lines of businesses in General Insurance.
Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred)
