Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle bulk hiring drives and meet high monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and field sourcing.
Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
Manage scheduling, follow-ups, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment tracking sheets and provide regular hiring reports.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a recruiter, with strong exposure to
bulk or mass hiring
, especially for sales roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets.
Good knowledge of sourcing platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
