Roles & Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome

visitors, clients, and guests

in a professional manner Handle

incoming and outgoing calls

, emails, and courier inquiries Maintain

visitor entry registers

and issue visitor passes Receive, sort, and distribute

couriers, letters, and documents

Coordinate with departments for

meetings and appointments

Maintain

front office records

and filing systems Assist HR/Admin with

employee coordination and basic documentation

Ensure

reception area cleanliness and discipline

Handle office communication and provide

general administrative support


Required Skills & Competencies:



Good

verbal and written communication skills

Pleasant personality with a

customer-friendly attitude

Basic knowledge of

MS Word, Excel, and email handling

Ability to manage

multiple tasks

efficiently Professional appearance and etiquette

Qualification & Experience:



Graduate / HSC / Diploma (any stream)

1-2 years

experience as Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Preferred Attributes:



Punctual and organized Polite and patient Team player with a positive attitude

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
