Role Overview
We are seeking a highly polished, articulate, and professional Receptionist to join our MNC team. As the first point of contact for our global clients and stakeholders, you will be responsible for maintaining a seamless front-office experience. Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations:
Greet and assist international clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
Switchboard Management:
Efficiently manage high-volume incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments across global time zones.
Front Desk Operations:
Manage courier logs, visitor badges, and conference room bookings using digital scheduling tools.
Communication Hub:
Act as the primary liaison for internal communication, ensuring messages are delivered accurately and promptly.
Security Compliance:
Monitor the lobby area and adhere to corporate security protocols regarding visitor entry and exit.
Administrative Support:
Assist HR and Admin teams with basic documentation, travel coordination, or event management as needed.
Candidate Requirements
Experience:
At least
2 years
of experience in a front-desk or guest-relations role (preferably within an MNC or 5-star hospitality background).
Communication:
Exemplary
verbal and written English skills. A neutral accent and professional vocabulary are mandatory.
Flexibility:
Must be comfortable working in a
rotational shift environment
(including night shifts).
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and modern EPABX systems.
Appearance:
High standard of personal grooming and professional attire.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional multitasking abilities, a "can-do" attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
