We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Corporate & Public Relations Officers (Customer Relations). The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and a customer-first mindset. You will act as a bridge between the organization and its customers/public, ensuring a positive experience and brand image.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with customers, clients, and external stakeholders.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively, ensuring timely resolutions.
Assist in building the organization's public image through effective communication strategies.
Support corporate communication initiatives, including press releases, events, and media interactions.
Maintain customer records, analyze trends, and suggest improvements in customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Promote a positive organizational image and ensure brand consistency in communication.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA/PG/Graduate (Preferred in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communication).
3-5 years of proven experience in Customer Relations/Corporate Communication/Public Relations.
Strong command of English and Communication Skills (written & verbal).
Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Good interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
