The Real Estate Corporate Presentation Specialist is responsible for creating high-impact presentations and marketing decks for real estate projects. The role requires strong design skills, real estate market understanding, and the ability to convert project details, layouts, pricing, and market insights into visually appealing, persuasive, and executive-ready presentations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Presentation Design & Content Creation
Develop
project presentations
, brochures, investor decks, sales pitch decks, and internal review presentations.
Convert project information (master plans, floor plans, amenities, USPs, pricing) into
clear and attractive slide formats
.
Build
visual storytelling
around project vision, location advantages, market positioning, competitive strengths, and customer benefits.
Design charts, maps, infographics, and visual elements relevant to real estate projects.
, and PR engagements.
Standardize templates and maintain brand consistency across all marketing and sales presentations.
Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure the deck aligns with customer needs and company messaging.
3. Market & Project Understanding
Understand real estate industry trends, customer preferences, and project features to create purposeful presentation narratives.
Collect information from project teams--architects, engineering, finance, and legal--to ensure
accurate and complete
content.
Study competitor projects and incorporate comparative highlights when required.
4. Project Management & Coordination
Manage tight timelines and multiple presentation requests simultaneously.
Maintain a digital library of
templates, project photos, icons, brand elements
, and previous versions of presentations.
Coordinate with leadership for last-minute updates and ensure smooth delivery of materials.
5. Quality Assurance
Review all presentations for accuracy, data consistency, slide alignment, brand adherence, and readability.
Ensure confidentiality of business information and project documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in
MS PowerPoint
and presentation design.
Strong understanding of
real estate industry terminology
--RERA details, project specs, amenities, layouts, pricing formats, etc.
Good knowledge of
Excel
for charts, pricing tables, and basic financial data.
Ability to simplify complex information into
clear, attractive visuals
.
Strong communication and storytelling skills.
Excellent attention to detail and formatting accuracy.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business / Communication or any discipline.
Experience:
1-5 years
in real estate marketing, presentation design, sales support, or corporate communication.
Preferred Skills
Experience in real estate marketing agencies or development companies.
Knowledge of graphic tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (added advantage).
Ability to conceptualize project themes and create branded visual content.
Understanding of basic real estate financials (ROI, pricing structures, payment plans).
