The incumbent shall create inroads with the CSR Heads and HR heads to present various works of UDRF trust NGO programs. Fundraiser is responsible for planning and executing fundraising activities to secure financial resources for their organization. They work to build relationships with donors, develop fundraising campaigns, and coordinate fundraising events. Their ultimate goal is to raise funds to support the organization\'s mission and activities. :
Part-time hours: 30 per week Salary: 98,770.26 - 918,700.00 per month Benefits:

- Build a pipeline of Corporate CSR donors and HNI individual donors willing to support Our NGO programmes.
- Continuous lead generation through extensive research,networkingand cold calling on behalf of NGO partnership
- Build and coordinate new partnerships leading to concrete fundraising results.
- Raise funds for the various projects as per the mutually agreed fundraising targets \xe2\x80\xa2
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies and plans that align with the organization\'s mission and goals. programmatic and financial team members and where applicable other consortium partners.
- Develop fundraising campaigns and materials, such as appeals, newsletters, and online giving platforms.
- Develop & nurture effective donor communication to build long lasting relationships
- Plan and coordinate fundraising events, such as galas, auctions, and charity runs
- Develop and manage a donor database, tracking donations and maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with other departments within the organization, such as communications and program management, to ensure fundraising efforts are integrated and aligned with overall organizational strategy.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to fundraising and recommend improvements to existing programs and initiatives.
