We are looking for a dynamic Corporate & Operations Manager who can seamlessly handle corporate client relationships while also managing end-to-end operations and on-ground execution. This role requires strong communication, planning, coordination, and leadership skills to ensure both client satisfaction and flawless delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate & Client Management
Manage and nurture corporate client relationships from onboarding to project closure
Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Understand client briefs and convert them into clear operational plans
Prepare and present corporate proposals, budgets, and presentations
Act as the single point of contact between clients and internal teams
Operations & Execution
Plan and manage end-to-end project operations, including pre-production, execution, and closure
Create timelines, work flows, and operational checklists
Coordinate with vendors, production teams, technical partners, and logistics
Handle site operations, manpower planning, and supervision
Ensure compliance with quality standards, budgets, and timelines
Conduct site recces, rehearsals, and final run-throughs
Resolve real-time operational and on-ground challenges
Internal Coordination & Reporting
Liaise with creative, finance, and management teams for seamless delivery
Monitor costs, manage vendor negotiations, and support billing & closures
Prepare post-project reports and documentation
Skills & Competencies
Minimum 4+ years of experience in corporate client servicing and operations
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities
Proven experience in vendor management and on-ground execution
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and operational tools
Professional personality with strong leadership qualities
Preferred Background
Experience in corporate events, weddings, conferences, exhibitions, government or real estate events
Exposure to production, AV, stage, lighting, sound, and logistics
Familiarity with permissions, compliances, and vendor ecosystems
