Job Title: Sales Executive - Corporate Food Business

About the Role
We're looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Corporate Food Business team. In this role, you'll be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients, promoting our food services or products, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships. Whether it's corporate catering, meal plans, pantry supplies, or event food services -- you'll be the face of our brand to businesses.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
oIdentify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients (offices, co-working spaces, event planners, MNCs, etc.).
oDevelop a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and corporate outreach.
oConduct meetings and presentations to showcase food solutions tailored to client needs.
oDevelop customized proposals and quotations for potential clients.
2. Client Relationship Management
oBuild and maintain long-term relationships with existing corporate customers.
oAct as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
oEnsure seamless service delivery by coordinating with the operations, kitchen, and logistics teams.
oHandle customer feedback and ensure high client satisfaction.
3. Sales Strategy & Targets
oAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
oDevelop and implement territory-specific or segment-specific sales strategies.
oMonitor competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
oRecommend new products, service enhancements, or pricing strategies to management.
4. Coordination & Reporting
oCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, and delivery) to execute orders smoothly.
oMaintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and deals using CRM tools.
oPrepare daily/weekly sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.

Qualifications & Experience
oBachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
o2-5 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales -- preferably in food services, catering, or hospitality.
oProficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
oExisting corporate contacts or networks in HR/Admin departments (preferred).
oA valid driving license (if field visits are required).
